Suits for Success
成 功 戰 衣
Confidence! That's our trade. At Suits for Success, we recognize the difference that something as simple as feeling presentable can make to someone's first day of work. Started in 2014, Suits for Success is a Hong Kong initiative, focused on the collection and distribution of gently worn professional clothing - donated by men and women in professional organizations to the people of Hong Kong from marginalized areas of the city, refugees, mothers returning to work and struggling students who are trying to enter (or re-enter) the workforce.
About S4S Junior
Suits for Success Junior is the newest addition to the Suits for Success family. Founded by high school junior, Siddharth Sengupta, the program focuses on Hong Kong Schools and targets young adults eager to join the workforce. With the help of enthusiastic students, Suits for Success Junior has expanded to several international schools in Hong Kong. These young students work to run the clothing drive from the beginning to the end. They seek necessary permissions from their respective schools, identify a collection period, distribute marketing materials, store the collected clothes, gather additional help and finally distribute the clothing to beneficiaries. The program has several benefits including building entrepreneurial skills at a young age in students and creating a sense of social impact and pride from contributing to society. In 2018, Suits for Success expanded to three international schools with the help of the following leaders: West Island School – Lead by Rhea Miglani, Erica Lee and, Marcus Cheung, Hong Kong International Middle and High School - Lead by Neha and Varun Donde, and Siddharth Sengupta respectively. German Swiss International School – Lead by Shayona Sengupta If you are keen to be a school leader and work with Suits for Success Junior, please email email@example.com.
